We read the site

Plugins, theme, host, what’s been flaky. First off-site backup taken; monitoring, firewall, and login protection switched on.
Week 1

First update round

Backed up first. On Growth and Premium, run on a copy of your site before it goes live.
Day 30

Settled in

Updates are running on schedule, backups are landing off-site, and monitoring is live. You hear from us whenever something needs your decision — not on a reporting calendar. Not what you expected? The first month is refundable.
