Care plans, priced on the page.

The number you see is the number you pay — no discovery call to find out. Pick by what’s riding on the site.

Every plan keeps your site fast, secure, and problem-free: a backup taken before every change, rolled back if anything breaks · firewall, login protection, and daily malware scanning · daily off-site backups we can restore from, down to a single page · a senior engineer who knows your site — not a ticket queue.

Essential
$149/mo

For sites that represent the business — brochure sites, portfolios, blogs.

  • Updates every two weeks — backed up first, rolled back if anything breaks; security patches within 48 hours
  • Secure — firewall, login protection, and a daily malware scan
  • Fast — caching set up properly and kept working; speed checked every month
  • Daily off-site backups, kept 30 days · uptime checks every minute
  • One hour of small changes a month — about seven or eight small jobs: text, images, a plugin setting
  • Email support — a written reply within one business day
  • If an update breaks something, we fix it — included. A hack is $490 flat, credited if you move up to Growth
Growth
Most popular
$349/mo

For sites that bring in the business — stores, bookings, leads. When it stops, sales stop.

Everything in Essential, plus:
  • Updates every week, tested on a copy of your site first — so nothing surprises you
  • Watched end-to-end — we’re alerted if checkout, booking, or your forms stop working, not just the homepage
  • Hacked on our watch? The cleanup is on us. No $490
  • Kept fast under load — a tune-up at onboarding, then Core Web Vitals kept green, cart and checkout included
  • Your custom code and integrations — payments, shipping, CRM — kept working through updates
  • Backups every 6 hours — a bad afternoon costs you hours of orders, not a day
  • Two hours of changes a month, usually done the same day · same-day replies
Premium
$799/mo

For sites the business can’t run without — an hour down has a dollar figure.

Everything in Growth, plus:
  • Reach us any hour — a direct line (Slack or phone); if the site goes down at 3am, we start at 3am
  • Nothing is ever extra — any emergency, any cause, included. No fee, ever
  • Five hours of changes and small development a month, started within one business day
  • We run the whole thing, not just the site — your server or hosting stack patched, monitored, and backed up
  • A proper test copy → live setup, so changes go out without anyone holding their breath
  • Multisite networks, headless front ends, heavy WooCommerce — included

Each plan covers one site. Second and later sites: half price — whatever mix of plans they’re on. Doesn’t fit a card? A large network, unusual hosting, or a mix of sites with different needs → we scope it individually.

Tell us what’s going on
Month-to-month · cancel any month · first month refundable · emergency fee credited over first 3 plan months

Not sure which one? Ask what’s riding on the site. If it represents your business — a brochure site, a portfolio, a blog — that’s Essential. If it brings in the business — a store, bookings, leads — Growth watches it end-to-end and puts a hack on us. If the business can’t run without it, Premium gives you a direct line and a start at any hour. Still unsure? Tell us what the site does and we’ll say which, in writing.

Tell us about the site

What the first 30 days look like.

Nothing is charged until we’ve looked at the site and confirmed the plan fits, in writing.

Day 1

Access

You send hosting or SFTP details and create a WordPress admin account in our name — we send the exact steps. No shared passwords.

Days 1–2

We read the site

Plugins, theme, host, what’s been flaky. First off-site backup taken; monitoring, firewall, and login protection switched on.

Week 1

First update round

Backed up first. On Growth and Premium, run on a copy of your site before it goes live.

Day 30

Settled in

Updates are running on schedule, backups are landing off-site, and monitoring is live. You hear from us whenever something needs your decision — not on a reporting calendar. Not what you expected? The first month is refundable.

Six things you can check before you pay us anything.

No fix, no fee

If we can’t recover your site, you pay nothing.

emergencies

30-day reinfection warranty

Same infection comes back within 30 days — we clean it again, free.

Hacked on our watch? Cleanup is on us

On Growth and Premium, if the site is hacked while we look after it, the cleanup costs you nothing.

Questions people ask before picking a plan.

Don’t see yours? Just ask.

Are these prices final, or “starting at”?
Final. The number on the card is the number on the invoice. Each plan covers one site; second and later sites are half price, whatever mix of plans they’re on — checkout applies it automatically. A stack that doesn’t fit a card — a network of sites, an unusual setup — gets a written quote before you commit, never a price raised after onboarding.
Why not unlimited edits?
Because “unlimited” usually means a ticket queue and a two-day turnaround. Two hours a month on Growth is roughly fifteen small changes, done by the engineer who knows your site, usually the same day — and nothing custom is excluded. If you regularly need more, Premium has five hours, or we quote the bigger thing as a project with one price.
Why not 24/7?
We’d rather tell you exactly when we reply — within 2 hours, 8am–8pm Pacific, every day — and who replies, than print “24/7” and hedge it in the terms. On Premium you have a direct line, and if the site goes down at 3am, we start at 3am.
I’m on my host’s plan or another maintenance service — how does switching work?
Sign up, and we take it from there: we read the site as it is, take our own backup, and set up monitoring and security alongside whatever is already running. Nothing has to be rebuilt to get started. Once we’re in place, we tell you what’s safe to cancel and what to keep — then you cancel the old service on your own schedule.
What access do you need?
Hosting or SFTP details and a WordPress admin account in our own name — we send the exact steps, and you can revoke it any time. Every action we take is logged. We never use a shared password, and when you leave, the account is removed.
How do I cancel, and how does the first-month refund work?
Email us before the next billing date and the plan ends that month — no notice period, no forms. You can also update your card, see invoices, or cancel yourself from the billing portal linked on every Stripe receipt. You leave with the full site, database, and every credential. If the first month wasn’t what you expected, say so and we refund it and hand everything back.
Do I need a plan to hire you for a project?
No. Emergency help is priced per incident, and everything else — performance, security, custom development, a migration, a server setup, a rebuild — is a fixed-quote project. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and a care plan is never required.

Pick a plan, or just tell us what the site does.

Month-to-month, first month refundable, and you leave with everything. Not sure which: tell us what the site does and we reply within one business day. No call required.
